Acceptance of the Terms

By tapping Continue or using the App, you agree to the Terms and acknowledge reading the Privacy Policy. This does not replace separate consent to data processing where required by law. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use the App. You must be an adult or have any consent required by applicable law.

Purpose of the App

The App is a personal, local journal for recording everyday care of one child: feeding, sleep, measurements, health events, notes, photos, audio, and reminders. It does not create an account or provide remote access or synchronization.

Not a medical service

The App only stores and summarizes facts you enter. It does not diagnose conditions, calculate doses, assess norms or development, or replace a medical professional. Statistics and reminders are conveniences and may be wrong because of incorrect input, time settings, or device behavior.

Do not use the App for emergency assistance. If life or health may be at risk, immediately contact your local emergency service or a qualified healthcare professional.

Your responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

• check entries, times, doses, and reminders yourself and not rely on them as the sole basis for important decisions;
• add information, photos, and audio only when you have the necessary rights and permissions;
• take reasonable steps to secure the device and control who can access it.

Your records and backups

You retain your rights in the records and media you add. They remain on your device as described in the Privacy Policy. The current version has no built-in backup, export, import, or data recovery.

You are responsible for the device and for system backups if you choose to use them. Uninstalling the App, losing or damaging the device, storage corruption, or an operating-system update may permanently erase records.

Third-party analytics and diagnostics

The App uses AppMetrica, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics for technical analytics and diagnostics. Technical data is sent to Google and Yandex as described in the Privacy Policy; the journal remains local. Collection starts automatically and there is no separate switch in the interface. These services do not provide medical advice or back up your entries.

Third-party services depend on connectivity and availability; reports may be delayed or incomplete. Core journal features work offline. External pages and providers’ processing are subject to their terms and policies linked below; this does not limit mandatory user rights.

System features

Some features require camera, photo, microphone, or notification permission. You may refuse or revoke permission, but the related feature will stop working. Notification delivery depends on the operating system, power-saving mode, time, and device settings and is not guaranteed.

License and rights

The Developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for lawful, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

You may not interfere with the App, bypass security restrictions, distribute modified copies, or use the App in violation of law or another person's rights. Mandatory rights to study interoperability and other non-waivable rights remain unaffected.

Changes and availability

The App is provided as available. The Developer may fix, change, or discontinue features and release updates. Compatibility with every device and operating-system version is not guaranteed.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, preservation of data, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Developer is not liable for indirect loss, medical decisions, missed notifications, or loss of local data where that liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Ending use

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Your right to use it ends if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions concerning rights, liability, and applicable law survive to the extent required by their meaning.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law determined under mandatory rules based on where you live and where the Developer operates. Mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.

Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated with the App. The revised version will be available in the App with a new effective date. If the law requires separate consent, it will be requested before the changes apply.
